Electric melting band is manufactured by compositing an electric heating net on a PE sheet in high temperature.
Features:
① According to the filament winding feature of pipes, the width of the peak valley is generally between 60 and 80mm, the band is narrow, and a fusion welding is carried out along the pipe cut.
② Due to various constraints, the tightness of the pipe system can’t be guaranteed after the welding.
③ To make the pipes meet the requirements of projects, the inner welding by outer connection is often adopted, namely, use a hand-held extrusion-type welding torch to weld on the inner wall along the cut.
